Synopsis

Australian David Williamson is a prosperous screenwriter who is perfectly willing to accept the obscene amounts of money he earns. One day, however, he decides that he's a sellout and attempts to produce something with meaning and substance. But he butts up against an industry with eyes on the valuable American market. Meanwhile, his book editor wife Kate wants to publish a novel by an Aboriginal but is told such a book isn’t marketable..
