Synopsis

Seeking a cure for his wife's serious illness, gonzo entomologist Jacob Schroeder heads deep into the Amazon rain forest, trapping thousands of killer wasps with the hope of finding a medical benefit from their venom. But before he can prove this theory, his plane crashes, and the tiny scourges are set free to wreak havoc throughout Mexico—with the United States next on the hit list.
